Cousin Bonding Time- Day 5 (Cont.): We love Cheetah print!

So after I made Janis a Cheetah print tank top:

she is not wearing it w those pants.. EVER again

We worked on making me a dress/top. Since we only had so little fabric left after 2 failed attempts of the tank top, we decided to make a strapless top. Here are some pictures of us while making the top.. and the top itself:

We decided that it would make a wonderful Halloween costume!

At home w the finished top.. excuse my sweaty face-- it is literally 93 degrees INSIDE our house (broken AC :( )

That's all for now. Our fabric store trip was a success! Bought a furry cloth to be made into a rug for $5.99/yard and apron fabric for $4.99/yard!
